RKS Infra Solutions is a technical practice focused on email delivery, domain security, server infrastructure and the web systems built on top of them. The thread connecting them is that all four fail quietly: nobody gets an alert when an order confirmation lands in spam, when a backup stops running, or when a subdomain starts resolving to someone else’s server.
Why this work
Email infrastructure is unusual in that the specification is entirely public and the implementations are consistently wrong. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are described in RFCs anyone can read, yet most domains have a record that overruns the lookup limit, a policy that has sat in monitoring mode for three years, or a sending system nobody remembered to authenticate. The gap is not knowledge availability — it is that nobody owns the problem until it breaks something expensive.
How we work
Evidence before changes. Most failed deliverability projects go wrong because six things were changed at once and nobody can say which one helped, or which one made it worse. We change one thing at a time, verify it from an external resolver rather than the provider’s dashboard, and write down what was done. It is slower on the first day and much faster by the second week.
What we will not do
We do not promise inbox placement, publish client logos or testimonials we have not been given permission for, claim certifications we do not hold, or quote a fixed price for a problem nobody has defined yet. If a job is outside what we can do well, we say so rather than learning on your budget.
How we try to operate
Say what is actually true
Including when the honest answer is “that is not the problem”, “you do not need this”, or “we got that wrong”.
Leave things maintainable
Documentation, credentials and repository access are yours. An engagement that ends with you locked in has failed.
Prefer boring technology
Postfix, Nginx, Docker, Postgres. Tools with twenty years of documentation behind them outlast the ones with better marketing.
Scope honestly
A written scope that names its own exclusions and open questions is more useful than a confident one that hides them.
What is deliberately not on this site
There are no client logos, testimonials, case studies or headline statistics anywhere on this site. That is a choice, not an oversight. Publishing a client name or a result requires that client’s written permission, and we would rather have an empty section than a convincing one that nobody agreed to.
There are also no certification badges, partner logos or awards, because we hold none that are relevant enough to display. The same applies to team photographs and biographies.
If you need evidence of relevant work before engaging, ask. We will share what we can — redacted where it has to be — and we will tell you plainly when something was a personal lab build or a technical demonstration rather than a paid client engagement.
